In our pursuit of happiness, we often think joy comes from success, wealth, or love. Yet, true well-being is deeply shaped by how we understand and manage our emotions and make ethical choices. This lecture, “Social Emotions and Ethical Learning,” explores from a positive psychology perspective how emotions influence empathy, moral reasoning, and personal growth. We will discuss how emotions guide our values, how ethics help us make meaningful decisions, and how to cultivate stable and authentic happiness in a fast-paced, competitive world. Blending theory with real-life examples, this session is perfect for students eager to understand themselves better and strengthen emotional intelligence. Join us to redefine happiness through the wisdom of emotion and ethics, and build a more fulfilling life!
