鷲見恵理子出生於東京音樂世家，五歲時曾為盧森堡皇室表演。祖父鷲見三郎是著名小提琴教育家，父母皆為小提琴家，父親任教於東邦音樂學院。她曾在日本、美國與歐洲舉辦獨奏巡迴音樂會，作品曾在日本、義大利與保加利亞廣播電台播放。

Eriko Sumi was born into a musical family in Tokyo and performed for Luxembourg royalty at the age of five. Her grandfather, Saburo Sumi, was a renowned violin educator, and both of her parents are violinists, with her father teaching at Toho College of Music. She has toured as a soloist in Japan, the United States, and Europe, and her performances have been broadcast on radio stations in Japan, Italy, and Bulgaria.

 

鷲見恵理子是首位在匈牙利 Virtuoso 室內樂團於布達佩斯國會演出的日本小提琴家，並曾在米蘭皇宮完整演奏帕格尼尼《24首隨想曲》。她曾榮獲 米開朗基羅‧阿巴多國際小提琴比賽一等獎，並受邀擔任比賽評審。2011年，她被選為 世界古典音樂大使，長期推動日本與義大利之間的文化音樂交流。

She is the first Japanese violinist to perform with the Virtuoso Chamber Orchestra at the Hungarian Parliament in Budapest, and she has performed all 24 of Paganini’s Caprices at the Villa Reale di Milano. She won First Prize at the Michelangelo Abbado International Violin Competition and later served as a jury member for the same competition. In 2011, she was named a World Classical Music Ambassador, promoting cultural exchange concerts between Japan and Italy.

 

她合作過的樂團包括東京交響樂團、新日本愛樂樂團、神奈川交響樂團、皇家大都會交響樂團、索菲亞愛樂樂團、波蘭國家交響樂團等，並曾於 Carnegie Hall、Avery Fisher Hall、Suntory Hall、東京國際論壇、米蘭皇宮 等世界著名音樂廳演出。

Her collaborations include performances with the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, New Japan Philharmonic, Kanagawa Symphony Orchestra, Royal Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Polish National Symphony Orchestra, among others. She has appeared at world-renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall, Suntory Hall, Tokyo International Forum, and the Villa Reale di Milano.

 

鷲見恵理子擁有 茱莉亞音樂學院學士學位，師從小提琴大師 Dorothy DeLay，並與 Samuel Sanders 研習室內樂演奏。她的演奏兼具精湛技藝與深刻藝術表達，廣受國際肯定。

Eriko Sumi holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Juilliard School, where she studied violin under the legendary Dorothy DeLay and collaborated with Samuel Sanders in chamber music. Her performances are acclaimed for their technical brilliance and profound artistic expression, earning her recognition on the international stage.
