Micro-Credit Course Credit Review Process


Micro-Credit Course Credit Review Process at the National Taipei University of Education Center of General Education

 
  1. Eligibility: Graduating seniors who have completed 6-10 credits of subjects specified in a micro-credit course (applicable to students enrolled in various academic years) may apply for a micro-credit course certificate from the Center of General Education.

  2. Application Documents: (1) Review Form: Fill in the credit and grade details of the subjects studied.(2) Attach an official transcript showing credit scores (original copy). If a student is currently taking a course and has not received a grade yet, please indicate this on the graduation credit initial review form. After obtaining a passing grade, submit an additional transcript for verification.

  3. Application Period: Conduct the initial review process in conjunction with each department’s online graduation preliminary review procedures in the second semester of each academic year (starting around late March). Applications should be submitted to the Center of General Education before leaving the university. Please submit the graduation credit review form along with the application.

  4. Application Process:
    Eligible students download and fill in the micro-credit course credit review form available on the Center of General Education website.
    Attach the completed review form and an official transcript showing credit scores (original copy) to the Center of General Education
    (submit the original transcript to the Cashier’s Office on the 2nd floor of the Administration Building for payment).
    The Center of General Education will perform a qualification review after receiving the review form and transcript.
    Concurrently conduct the initial review for graduation credits and micro-credit courses.
    For approved applications, students can fill out the micro-credit course certificate printing form on the Center of General Education website.
    After the certificate is printed, the Center of General Education will send an email notification to the applicant to pick up the certificate at the center.
