The development of cross-strait relations influences not only politics and the economy but also social stability and regional security.
邱垂正主任委員長年關注兩岸議題，具備深厚的學術背景與政策實務經驗，現任行政院大陸委員會主任委員。
Minister Chui-Cheng Chiu has long been devoted to the study and practice of cross-strait affairs. With extensive academic expertise and hands-on experience, he currently serves as the Minister of the Mainland Affairs Council, Executive Yuan.
在講座中，邱委員將分享政府在兩岸互動中的政策思維、溝通策略與應對挑戰，並分析當前局勢下的可能發展方向。
In this lecture, Minister Chiu will share insights into the government’s policy framework, communication strategies, and responses to cross-strait challenges, as well as potential directions for future development.
透過深度解析與真實案例，幫助大家理解兩岸政策的形成過程，並思考年輕世代如何在全球變局中看見臺灣的角色與機會。
Through in-depth analysis and real-world examples, the lecture aims to help students understand how cross-strait policies are shaped and to inspire reflection on the role and opportunities of Taiwan’s younger generation in a changing world.
