  • Applicants: All undergraduate students and seniors above the fourth year.
  • Announcement of Course Selection Results: September 22, 2023 (Friday), 11:00 AM, announcement of successful add requests for the second phase on the Center of General Education website.

Please note:

  1. All general education field course applications are processed through Google Forms.(No need to obtain paper application forms from the center or request approval from course instructors.)
  2. The subjects available for add/drop in the form are those for which instructors have approved add requests. Not all general education courses can be added. Please carefully review the form.(Each course can accommodate a maximum of 5 students. Courses not listed in the form are not open for add requests.)
  3. For course registration through add/drop, positions will be assigned in the order of the time students submitted their add requests. This is not a random computerized selection process. Each course can accommodate a maximum of 5 students, and enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Since there are numerous students selecting courses at the same time and limited slots available, submitting the form does not guarantee successful registration.
  4. Only one course can be added through each form.(For example, if you need to add 3 courses, please fill out the form 3 times.)
  5. If you encounter scheduling conflicts or submit duplicate add requests for the same course, the center will not approve the add request.
  6. Students who haven’t reached 18 credits of general education electives can add a maximum of 3 courses and no more.
  7. Students who have reached or exceeded 18 credits of general education electives can add a maximum of 1 course and no more.
  8. If graduating seniors and seniors above the fourth year didn’t successfully add courses in the first phase, they can reapply in the second phase or register for courses through the university system.
  9. If there are students who have been announced for admission in the first or second stage and are unable to take courses due to other factors, they will need to fill in the waiver of eligibility form. Please cooperate with the students.
